Silken sheers, flower-laden vases, soft lighting,
comfortable seating and excellent services-these 3 words can perfectly describe
the ambience of Jamavar restaurant. The restaurant draws its name from Jamavar,
a special type of hand-made shawl in Kashmir. Just like a shawl caresses with
warmth and élan, Jamavar reflects the very warmth as you enter into the very
air-conditioned doors.
The menu offers a seamless blend of authentic North
Indian and South Indian cuisines on the platter of the guests. Jamavar is the
signature restaurant of the Leela Goa and takes cue from the distinctive
cooking styles and dining rituals of India’s ancient nobility. Opened from 7.30
PM to 10.30 PM, Jamavar is mainly visited for Baby Corn Bezule, Vegetable Galaouti Kebab,
Tandoori Potato, Palak e Firdaus and Paneer Tikka.
