Package terms and conditions:

Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights.
Rates are valid from 15th April 2012 till 30th Sep 2012.
One child below 5 years can be accommodated in Lagoon Terrace Room without extra charge & bed.
Only two adults and two children below 12 yrs can be accommodated in Conservatory Premier Room.
One Extra Adult or two children below 12 years can be accommodated in Lagoon Suite.
The rates are exclusive of 5% Luxury tax and 7.42% service tax.
Surcharge of 15% is applicable on room rate on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Extended weekend.
The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in the room complimentary with parents with meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 12 Yrs can stay in the same room @ INR 1200 on bed & breakfast basis and INR 1800 on all meals basis.
Charges for Extra adult are @ INR 3000 per adult on Bed n Breakfast basis and INR 4000 on all meals basis only in a Lagoon Suite. Not recommended in Lagoon Terrace & Conservatory Premiere Room.
Transfers is complimentry from the Madgaon Railway Station.
Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
Rates are valid for all nationalities.
Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
